This highly successful 78 strong chain of factory outlet stores sell a great range of fashion, homewares and accessories and are expanding with another 45 stores planned. In addition to great, fast track career prospects you have the chance to earn up to 20% of salary in bonuses, plus pension, private health and life insurance. Stores vary from 6000 to 8000 sq.ft with turnover of up to £40k per week, so you will need to have high volume retailing experience.
Salary: £13,000 – £15,000 per annum, negotiable
Location: Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dundee & Stafforshire

Our client is a specialist in supplying and installing some of the world’s most advanced AV and CCTV systems. They are looking for a manager for their showroom in west Kent.
Job Despription:
• Manage and motivate staff, recruit, train and develop staff.
• Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance.
• Assist with advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
• Manage cash and payment systems.
• Plan and implement shop merchandising.
• Manage selling and customer service activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and authorities.
• Liaise with and utilise support from suppliers, merchandisers.
• Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems.
• Manage effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems.
• Project manage any large contracts relating to your store.
• Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making.
• Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training.
Person Specification:
• Excellent communication skills
• Numerate and literate
• Able to work on own initiative
• 2 years previous Sales Management Experience (ideally within AV or related industry)
• Responsible individual with commitment to their work
• Knowledge /Understanding of Audio Visual equipment (Onsite training and qualification courses are available)
• Team worker
• Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and honest.
• Full Driving License required
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum + commission depending on experience
