Planning and designing the Summer 08 collection; working with others in the design team, buyers and forecasters to develop  products and to meet the brief for Spring /Summer 08;

liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams to ensure the items complement other products; overseeing production in Hong Kong, negotiating with customers and suppliers ;

creating/visualising designs and making sketches by hand and by using computer aided design (CAD);

analysing trends in fabrics, colours and shapes; product research, forecasting and keeping up to date with emerging fashions;
